The first time actually going into the store, I usually order online. There is nothing really exciting about the visit. I was looking for a specific item, and there wasn't much help on the floor. Got some new glosses, Ulta brand juicy lip tints. I really like them. Asked the lady at the register about the color I was looking for & she stated that maybe it was out of stock & gave me a free shipping pass in case I found it online. That was nice of her. I'll probably just continue my shopping online.

came a few days before christmas. they had the A-team on. all of the employees were awesome even though their were so many people asking for things every second. kudos

Have mixed feelings about this location. Sometimes there’s very helpful employees, other times it feels like there’s no one who knows what they’re talking about. I mostly shop online and pick up, but also not the best service. They take very long to fulfill orders at this location and even when I am there to pick up or takes a while for them to come out sometimes I even have to get out of the car to pick up something small. I get everyone is short staffed but it don’t hurt to have some manners , I feel like the employees at this location lack this.

SO BASICALLY THIS IS HOW ULTA ROBBED ME.

THEY HAVETHE ITEMS AND THE RETURN RECEIPT BUT REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKES.

AGAIN ROBBERY. OK

So I bought 3 perfume gift sets online (they weren’t what I thought) well I returned them on November 13th, the employee took the return, told me it’s refunded so I went about my day when I realized I never got the refund. When I called the store about it, one girl Cynthia couldn’t be bothered and when I told her the situation then she said “oh we have problems with affirm, it never works so you probably won’t get your money back or even a store credit, affirm affirm affirm. Turns out I actually used Klarna so she couldn’t use that as an excuse. They checked the footage after over a week, seen that I did infact return it. They basically did absolutely nothing but keep saying they were trying to resolve it. When I talked to the GM Michelle (I think) and she’s basically giving me the run around by using her customer service voice. (I know the voice, I have one too). They didn’t even talk to any of the employees about it because when I called I had to explain it over and over yet got no answer. Eventually they said sorry it will have to be “store credit”( IF I GET ANYTHING AT ALL.) I mentioned I did everything right yet I’m paying for it because the employee didn’t do his job. She sounded very defensive. So I explained this AGAIN. IF THE EMPLOYEE TOOK MY RETURN, SAID I WAS REFUNDED. THEN THATS HIM LITERALLY NOT DOING HIS JOB CORRECTLY if your job is to take a return and give a refund he definitely did not do his job.During this time customer service isn’t helpful, at first they were, but then she made a ticket because I said I’m going to talk to the district manager and AGAIN, I know she made a ticket right there and then because I said DM and she wanted to cover herself so she can say she’s doing what she can to the DM and making it seem like she doing what she “can”

THE BEST PART IS THEY FOUND THE VIDEO FOOTAGE THEN THEY FOUND THE RECEIPT SUDDENLY, I thought it was finally over, but they called and said

“I found the receipt you did In fact, return the three gift sets, but there is a glitch in the system that stopped you from getting a refund.” THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT AND THE PROOF I RETURNED THE ITEMS, but so now I might get “store credit” because of the situation. UM I DID EVERYTHING RIGHT, YOUR EMPLOYEE SCREWED UP, GET OVER IT OR I PROBABLY WONT GET MY REFUND EITHER WAY.

So to put this in Lehman’s term,

THEY HAVE THE RECEIPT FOR PROOF THAT I DID RETURN IT BUT INSTEAD OF GIVING ME MY REFUND AND SAYS I PROBABLY WONT EVEN GET ANY TYPE OF REFUND.

IF THEY HAVE THE ITEMS RETURNED AND WONT GIVE ME A REFUND, THATS ROBBERY.
I AM BASICALLY BEING ROBBED BY THIS STORE.

I ain’t the one, that’s all I’ll say.

Just left as soon as I came in the security spoke then low key followed me to the back to watch me! A store full of people but he came across from where I was the only customer talking with an associate by the perfume… I guess the black lady with her work clothes on needs to be watched… What a shame! I hurried & left AND WONT BE BACK‼️

I’m sorry what is this I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home .. how did they let their customer leave like this. Got there on time and they didn’t see me till an hour later . Kept saying she didn’t do this much but that she was confident to do it overall everything was rushed .. the girl was nice but the work was just bad .I use to come here all the time to get my hair done idk what happened ..

I like ulta and this ulta. The staff have always been friendly. Sometimes, they ask you if you need help, but not always. If you need help you can always ask one of them and they'll gladly help. I've had both experiences. I love how they have many different price points to help everyone with different budgets. They carry many good brands. They are always having sales or coupons out. So be in the lookout.
