I took my car in last Thursday for an oil change, took them 15 minutes which I thought was super fast & so did the guy that checked me in, he clearly asked if they did everything that's included in an oil change, he said yes. Turned out it's a big NO, there was no oil in the car, luckily the sensor came on, I checked the lipstick Bone Dry NO OIL. Lucky my car didn't lock up & the engine didn't blow up. Charged me $110.00 I'm so upset ? how can you charge a customer that amount & not do the work. I could of been out of a car, this car i inherited from my father who past away.

Special thank you to Paul, Perry and Joe. I've been coming to this location for 5-7 years. If there's a wait, try not to let it bother you. Sometimes the wait might be a little longer than we'd hope, but that's life. It would be busy anywhere that knows how to service your vehicle with a great store manager to compliment that.

Store manager Paul is easy to work with if concerns arise, and Perry has amazing customer service skills and contagious positive energy. Mutual respect is a good quality within a business, and they have that here. I drive 45 miles to this location for any and all of my vehicle work, because it's worth it.

I had called to make an appointment for a possible nail in the tire but, said if we swing by now they’d have it done within the hour. So, we stopped by they check all tires to see which had the nail, none did but had some steel in the tread that didn’t puncture anything. Aired all tires and quoted us new tires after winter to think about purchasing. Everyone was quick and efficient.

I would give this company a zero star but I have to give you a minimum of one star. I feel this is an trustworthy business. It does not respect customer property. The techs riffle though the center consoles without permission. They do not take customer concerns seriously. Resulting is mechanical breakdown. Double their service before level.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have gotten my oil changed here twice, and both times, the oil filter was sealed incorrectly, leading to all the oil falling out of my car.

Overall, even though the front desk people are nice, whoever does the work seems entirely dismissive, they must be rushing through jobs to be making such an amateur mistake twice.
Wouldn't recommend an oil change here, that's for sure

I went to this location to get an estimate on new tires. Employee kept looking for my old car model tires that I brought to them many many years ago because that was in their system, not the new car that I have now. I must have told him my new car 3 to 4 times and he still was confused. He finally prints something out and hands it to me and says "here is your quote". He never asked me what brand of tires or style I was looking for. He just printed something out and handed it to me. I asked "what is this, we didn't even go over anything". He then walked over to a tire and started pointing towards it. I got frustrated on the way this was handled, so I just left. I get to my car and look at the printed quote and you will never guess... it was an estimate for my old car, not the new car that I kept telling him it was. TERRIBLE service from the employee.

Great experience with this tires plus. We always use them. They have done everything from brakes and oil changes to rewelding motor mounts. Fair price and always satisfied.

So yeah, this place lies about services when they do services now this one I'm a little confused as who doesn't do tire swaps.

Both sets of tires have been purchased here, only reason I'm switching my summer/street tires back to my winter/off-roading tires as my summer tires suck I did a lot more off-roading more than I originally planned.

Now, here is the Catch they are the ones that recommend I keep them, and they will switch them back if I need to. I kept them in storage to preserve them. I'm thankful cause I need them, plus I plan to upgrade in a few months, but now being told they won't do it unless they are new!

Well, I guess they turned into a money hungry place as I had no problems finding a place that would swap them out for me, which included balancing.

Lost a long-time customer, been my go-to place last 15 years when ever I was too lazy to do the work or didn't have the proper equipment needed even after all the inconvenience times were I had to go back for them to fix a mistake as I understood stuff happens but ill be going else where as this inconvenience is more like straight up lie to me about a service and trying to get me to spend more money when it's not needed at the moment so the new place will be getting my purchase when I finnally upgrade to an even better tire for my needs.
