I own a small skincare manufacturing company and we recently decided to package some of our products in tubes. I have 15,000 pre-printed tubes in my warehouse, and for these, I purchased a sealer directly from China in May. There was no support and it took me 5 months to get it operational. Then after a few hundred tubes, it stopped functioning. Again, that company's support was non-existent. I sought an alternative and found Sealer Sales. From the moment I first connected with their support staff, I was treated like a valued customer. They recommended I send down some of my tubes for them to test on a few of their machines. I couriered them, they tested them and made a recommendation on the best solution, and I ordered. The process was quick and painless . Although I haven't used the machine yet, the video they provided of it in operation suggested to me it will be easy to use. I placed an order for parts I needed. Very easy website and I did get a hold of CS and they were outstanding on getting me the correct items I needed for my machine. Great prices on all items they have as I was scrolling through there website. Delivery was 2 days sooner than I expected and came at the right time. Packaging of the items were great and nothing was wrong with the items we ordered. Our company will be ordering parts from Sealer Sales for now on as the service and delivery are fantastic.
