Absolutely the most shameful, stomach upsetting and pathetic service in oil products. I own and run a diesel repair shop, I need oil and other products to serve my customers. It took more than 7 weeks to get my first order, hell it took 6 weeks to get a quote from Paul !!!!! I called corporate and spoke to Crystal who said was going to call me back to give me answers, she never called. When I was able to finally submit an order and when it did arrive I received an incomplete order and no one from Western Marketing bothered to inform me, as exepected.
I called Shara and she promised me oil for the next day, and I did not get my product. I called corporate and spoke to Art the general manager, he promised to look into it and call me back, guess what? He did not call back.
western marketing does not give a fu** about customer service. western marketing does not care about customers. I got tired, i got sick of calling and no one cares.Why I bothered so much? Well I did not know who else to order bulk products from. Now I do. I am ordering from United Oil and grease from Lubbock
