it's 9:26 but I've seen reviews that said they close early. will see and will update my experience even if I am coming in late.. is 10 am I had enough time they didn't rush me and I was able to take my time and shop I really enjoyed my shopping to time . The young lady upfront was very welcoming too . So as always be your own critic our expectations and experience aren't always the same . ?

I visited Michaels a couple of weeks ago for some Christmas shopping. My trip was pleasant, I found what I was looking for & picked up a few other items I didn’t know I needed till I saw them, ?. Overall my shopping experience was nice, the aisles are spacious with organized & well stocked shelves. The checkout is pretty fast because they have a lot of self checkout lanes, plus a few traditional checkout lines for those that prefer cashier service. The staff is friendly & helpful; the store is clean & well laid out, the location is convenient with many different options for shopping & dining nearby.

So in the midst of my holiday Black Friday shopping, I think it’s important to highlight the exceptional customer service this store has. Employees were staying busy and staying well balanced between all customers. They had an inflatable dinosaur greeting people. And shout out to Alberto who was a superstar in getting everyone thru the checkout line. Great work, y’all!

I went in looking for a Christmas tree, no problem. The problem was at self checkout. I brought up a slip of paper that stated take up to checkout see associate (something along those lines) there were 2 associates checking people out. And 8 self checkout stations. I was not holding up the line I kept telling the people behind me I needed an associate and they could go in front of me and self check out. Then at a certain point, most self checkout stations were filled but 2 and there was now a line behind me, because the associates were dealing with large baskets. I have a completely different associate come up to me and state you need to go to one of these if you need to checkout I told her I have this and I need to checkout with an associate I have questions. She states they are only doing returns(not what I saw tho) you can ask later after you check out. After I check my self out I sit there for 15 min waiting for someone to bring me the tree I purchased all because I was rushed by a rude employee. I checked out then waited 5 min to talk to one of the 2 cashiers because guess what while I was checking out myself they took the next people that could have used self checkout. She could have gone and called for the tree as she was checking me out but I was forced onto self checkout. They're running around looking for the tree to tell me it's outside and nope it wasn't you're going to keep a $500 tree outside yeah no you had the $100 ones outside. No wonder people don't come here. They need to train their employees better. Very rude and unknowledgeable. You need to stop forcing self checkout on people just because YOU don't staff correctly.

They have everything for the crafter - from yarn, to paint, beading, craft storage, framing and much more. If you can't find it at Michael's then you're gonna have to hit the Internet. My only complaint is that their prices are a little high, but you pay for the convenience and selection.

OMG if I could give 6 stars I would. So, spray painting nutcrackers and needed some new paint. The new cans are a disaster. Bought and returned them twice because caps no longer come off as they used to, and sprayer is often damaged. Frustrated we asked for the manager and Corey came to the rescue. Customer services does still exist! And this Corey knows how to deliver. Experienced in paint cans over the years he had never seen the new one's horrible design. At the end of the day, he checked the paint we wanted and helped us immensely. Thank you so much Corey! You have customers at your store for life!

Horrible customer service. This is why I shop on Amazon. I had to find someone that worked there to help me. When I asked for assistance they didn't smile or act like they were interested in helping me. But I noticed that they went out of there way to speak to a "certain demographic". Do not go here. All the workers are walking around doing nothing, looking miserable. No one speaks, they just stare. But if I were a different skin tone, I am sure they would be all smiles. Do better Michaels.
