My son can see me write this review!!! The staff and manger were a pleasure to deal with. The gentleman assisting us the night we showed up was very patient with my 5 year old who needed glasses for his first time. On the day picking up his glasses, the manager made it a point to build my son’s confidence. I can’t recommend this location more.

I bought prescription sunglasses a couple of weeks ago and the service was great. I went back in today for an issue with the frames and the girl acted like I was bothering her and totally dismissed me and the issue. Basically told me she couldn't help me before she even understood the problem. Very disappointed and will bring my business elsewhere. Unsatisfied customer.

Absolutely horrible experiences at this location and with this company. I have been and I am STILL waiting for glasses that were ordered 2 months ago.

The first time I went in, they gladly accepted $400 for my glasses, but they did not measure the fit of the glasses on my face. After the order was placed, I had to call the store multiple times to see if the glasses came in. When the glasses came in, my vision was extremely blurry, but the associate insisted I needed to get used to the updated prescription. After a few days, I brought the glasses back asking them to double check the prescription. They realized that they ordered my 2016 prescription instead of my updated 2024 prescription. They apologized and reordered my glasses. I also informed them that I was not measured and they measured me then.

A couple of weeks later, I call to check in on my updated order and the associate could not locate my order. They told me the manager would call me back. I never heard from the manager until I had to call them the following day. The manager said my updated glasses were sent to their “west coast location” and that she would have them reshipped to this location. I asked if there was anyway I could be compensated for the extreme inconvenience. She offered me $50 towards my next purchase. I told her I no longer wanted the glasses and that I wanted a complete refund. The manager told me I had to wait until the glasses were delivered to the store to proceed with a reimbursement.

I will be following up every day until my glasses come in and I will never use LensCrafters again. Very disappointing because I have been a long time customer.
