These folks show dedication to service like no other! As i travel a lot and currently not home the tank was low and they provided a safety check just to ensure my kids were not without while this winter storm comes in.

With all the calls and work to be done they made it personal business and that is the epitome of being a great company!

Only had a less than 24 hour wait for service on top of this impeccable service, again in this last minute quick fix before storm!

I recently had Knight propane install and fill a tank at my home for a new gas range and had a great experience. I called 2 other propane companies first, but I wish I had called Knight first. Their process was streamlined, efficient, and they were well priced. Their crew was great as well. I own a local security company and try to operate my company the same way these folks run their company. I'm very impressed.

I tried using this company because they are highly reviewed, but I was disappointed. I will do my best to express how my experience went.
On 12/21/24 I emailed them describing what I needed done, which was a service on one of my tanks ( I have 2) an a refill on both tanks. Kyle responded quickly and said that they would just charge $99 for a service call to service the tank and that Baylee would get with me in the morning to schedule it. So I replied and requested they come on 12/27/24 because it was soonest available day we would be home. I never heard back so on 12/26/24 8:13am I texted them restating everything from the email and asked for confirmation that someone could come look at our tank. At 6:02pm I missed a call from them and didn't receive a voicemail or text.
On 12/27/24 9:09 am, I received an automated looking text that said that Travis Phillips will be at my house in 19 minutes. Luckily we were home since we still didn't know for sure anyone was coming. Travis replaced a bad regulator and said the broken one was pretty new and covered under the manufacture warranty so he didn't have to charge us for one, great! Travis said that dispatch would call to schedule us to get our tanks refilled. I received an invoice for $270, when I looked at it in detail it said Service call $90 x 3, $270. I replied to the email asking why I was charged for 3 service calls. I never got an explanation, but instead was sent an updated invoice that stated, Service call (first 30 minutes) $90 and 2 more hours of labor for $90x2, for a total of $270. I pulled up my cameras and determined Travis was only there for 46 minutes so I replied to the email again and said just that. No response or explanation but again, an amended invoice came back with a total of $90 for the service call, which I paid. We never heard from dispatch so we called on 12/30/24 and they put us on the schedule for "Thursday or Friday", 1/2/25 or 1/3/25. On 12/31/24 1:22pm I received an automated text message saying Jerry Smith would be at my house in 18 minutes to refill our tanks. I replied to the text saying it wasn't schedule until Thursday or Friday but would check to see if someone was home (we have a gate so someone has to be there to open it). Luckily my son was home and he let Jerry in and we got our tanks filled. Jerry gave my son an invoice for $889.12. Two days later I received an invoice via email for $920.24, there was a $31.12 "Convenience Fee" added to the bill! I paid it as quick as I could and started writing this review. I have paid for propane tons of times before with multiple companies and I have never paid a convenience fee.
Except for the original email from Kyle, I had ZERO communication with this company. I will go back to using Texas Butane for now.

Wow! What amazing service! From Bailey to Danny we really think Knight Propane is “ PHENOMENAL!” Bailey scheduled us to have our propane tank, topped off and in light of what might happen on November 5 with our current National politics. Bailey was positive easy to talk to, and provided outstanding customer service!

Danny, our technician came out, was on time, greeted us. Most professionally, had a positive attitude, explained the process that Knight Propane follows, performed a safety, check to make sure there were no leaks at no cost, made sure all of the connections were not leaking, then topped off our propane tank, and in addition, he also explained that they have a propane tank monitoring system that they will install and then they automatically will refill our propane tank when it gets down to 20%. My wife and I were super excited about this because we can monitor the propane tank on our app on our cell phone so we called Bailey back and asked her to please schedule us to get the propane tank monitor installed . Mary and I are super excited to establish a relationship with Knight Propane and look forward to many years of service.

Came by yesterday to get my 20 lb tank filled. I had just purchased my first ever gas grill and my own tank and had no almost no clue (apart from reading instructions and YouTube videos) as far as actually using it. The gentlemen who helped me was so nice and friendly, gave me the basics of propane tanks, and filled my tank. The price was very good too. I will definitely be back again!

Such a wonderful staff!! As soon as I arrived I had no idea what to do next the lady with dark hair rowdy I believe is what she said people called her she was the sweetest and helped me with everything!!! Highly recommend!!! These people are awesome and so quick to jump in and make things soooo much easier!!
