One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with...their security guards are rude as hell when you go in for a pickup; their customer service is nothing like it used to be under the old owners and they frequently screw up orders while taking forever to issue credits.

As a retailer, We had a chance to interact with this company. What an awful experience. Watch out for any missing / short item and wait months for credit. We have never ever received any credit from this company on damaged or short product. CSR has no clue how to process it and very unprofessional. Never ever ordering from them. BYE

I wish I could give the their customer service a zero star. The customer service desk lady was very rude. Sooner or later they are going to loose my business, and our average weekly order if more than $4000.

So they tell you the cut off time to place a order is for example 12. You keep calling at 11:15...1140...1145 and telling them i am still waiting for return call bc of cut off. they say dont worry someone will call you back. when they call you back they say its to late to place a order now that its past cut off. m How is this the customers fault who keeps calling and YOU dont take their order. I have been customer for 7 years. I will using another company from now on. Also the customer services reps are rude and hang up on you
