I ordered propane while out of state with a service employee . When I got home the bill was over the amount told due to the delivery being messed up . No remorse nothing so now having to pay $100 more than I expected because the delivery person "delivered too much and it happens ". I have been ordering people for years and have never had issue this bad . Company wants to make people pay for stuff they didn't order intentionally. Horrible !

Horrible customer service! Do not use! Placed an order on 1/8/24 prepaid. Promised 9th -12 th. Never showed! On the 15th we called and they accepted responsibility that they never sent the order to dispatch yet 3 days later still no delivery no call back and now no propane for a disabled woman and her disabled child. Now we have to battle the refund! Don’t say email us at …… I did. You still never responded. Try Knight or AAA in Weatherford Tx! Knight offered 2 day delivery not 10 days of ignoring!

I ordered and paid for a 1,000 gallon tank rental in November of 2021 and was told it would be a few months until they could fulfill the order. End of January beginning of February was the target install date but we still dont have our tank at almost 1 year of waiting for it. Customer service says we are on the list and as soon as one becomes available they will come out to install but they are gladly holding on to the thousands of dollars that was required in order to place the order

Great Price, Good deliver every time providing volume as expected. Driver and scheduler go out of their way to keep my propane at the volume I want. Equipment is in top shape and always wonderful customer service reps. I just wish they would call the day of delivery.

(edited last review) I had a problem with these guys with overbilling for a so-called emergency response. After a couple of calls and email exchanges, they decided to cancel all of the charges for the brief visit. Although I was blown off by the first phone contact on this issue, other service people in this company caught wind of what was happening and they did make it right in the end..

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ferrellgas. We recently moved back to Texas and needed a propane tank installed on our property. After shopping around, I found that Ferrellgas was the most reasonably priced option for us. The whole process was a positive experience, from the office staff who initiated our work request to the technician who came out to set the tank. They were very polite, punctual and very professional. I would recommend Ferrellgas to anyone who is needing propane services supplied to their home (or business). Thank you very much for the excellent customer service.

Have waited a week on delivery despite being promised it would be delivered in no more than 3 days. When I asked about same or next day delivery they wanted to charge a fee that was 25% of the total charge of having the tank completely filled.

I wish I could give negative stars. Tried to overcharge twice. We canceled delivery, they still showed up. Drove the 30,000 Lb truck right on my driveway! Nothing done right. Never use them.
