I have worked with four realtors in Reno over the years. One claimed that a part of the house lot I was buying belonged to the neighbor — and he put this into the contract — because that’s where he parked his RV, eventhough the Assessor’s records showed it was my lot. The second realtor was penalized by the State Board for purchasing preforeclosures substantially below market prices and immediately reselling at much higher prices. I guess it’s like insider trading. The third realtor completely misrepresented acreage property they were listing, put clearly false information in the MLS, feigned total ignorance about why there were tenants on the property claiming even the owners don’t know — supposedly. The fourth, Dickson, isn’t that bad but they are in that league. Buyer and Seller Beaware.

Donna and Courtney were our agents and I cannot say how pleased we are with their work.
