This location has nice items, but the customer service sucks! There was an item without a tag and when I asked the cashier if she knew how much the item was she looked me and shrugged her shoulders and wasn't interested in helping find out either. Customer service isn't like it use to be, when people actually did their jobs with a helpful, courteous attitude.

I don't even know if there's enough time in the day for me to list my complaints about this location. It's probably one of the better looking storefronts of any of the locations I've seen and the displays look good and are well maintained in the windows and it's organized and looks good on the inside. So you would think that organization would carry on through the rest of the store, right? Wrong! All the dressing rooms are closed. No reason. Can't get a reason, they are just locked and unavailable. There are signs on the dressing rooms that say that if something doesn't fit you can return it but that until further notice the dressing rooms are closed. Well, I live in Michigan and I'm in Georgia so how exactly would I return the items and what is the guarantee that the store in Michigan is going to take them back? And even if all of that wasn't a concern and I knew for a 100% fact that I could take everything back in Michigan, why on earth do I have to buy something if I don't know that it fits or not? Especially considering the fact that I have four teenagers with growing and changing bodies who will look at something that is a size XXXL and insist it will fit their size 8 frame. So I thought to myself, I'll give them a call and see if I can't ask if they could make an exception and open up a dressing room. Did they answer? No! And not only was there no answer, there was no answering message! It was like calling someone's cell phone that didn't have their voicemail setup! Who is running this company? How is there not an automatic answer with options to hear the hours and location or to speak to a customer service associate? This place is an absolute joke which is really sad because my kids really like shopping here.

One of my favorite stores, so I would never say one negative word I love it so much I finds great sale item, nice shoes, pretty colors and prices are reasonable. Staff at all location are good just need more staff.. my Monroe location is great.

I haven't been to this store in many years and I was looking for a white shirt for work. The decor of the store had changed and I was looking for the women's section. The young lady that was stocking finally decided to ask what I was looking for, dryly I might add and stated that, as if I was supposed to know, that it is just a female section. She rudely informed that there is not a women's section. I will NOT visit this store again. Also, sparse selection.

I've been to other Citi Trend locations near me and rarely shop there because they look shabby and cheaply put together .On my way to NY I stopped at this location. I was really impressed.my daughter's liked it as well I had to explain to them, they have been to the one in Stone Mountain and they can't recall. That s how differt the stores are..

I shopped at Citi-Trend for back to school clothes for my daughter. Being that the fitting rooms are closed I had to go back and forth exchanging items. I tried to return a pair of jeans that I previously exchanged but the Citi trends sticker wasn't on it. The 1st cashier just switched them because they were the exact same pair. When I presented my receipt for the return this mean ugly cashier didn't want to return them! The cashier who exchange them before told her that the receipt matched the description of the jeans but this ugly micky ficky insisted on giving me a hard time! She also claimed that other items that I was returning wasn't on my receipt and they were! She made me so mad! One thing that I don't understand is why do they have such an ugly mean person from the inside and out working there! This is the short version of a horrible experience! I will shop in there store again! I prefer to pay more and get good customer service than to deal with such a mean and rude cashier!
