Purchase a 2022 Wolf Pup 2yrs ago from camper world a little bit after hurricane Milton took my R. V. In for repairs.
Because there was leaking on the front side, make an appointment. When I go in for the appointment. Didn't seem as though Anyone knew about the appointment or we're too enthused about helping me for trailer repair,, One of the first things I was at told is that most of the things I had reported were not under my warranty that only cost 3,500, Finally get the customer rap to get my trailer in for Repair & detail which I would have to pay out-of-pocket, Though I was told it would take 1-2 days for everything Ended up taking 6days & When I finally picked it up,, All the sealant work look like amateurs did it and the detailing job was very Shabby not to mention the scratch they put on the side of my brand new Wolf Pup 2022 camper,, In conclusion , here I am a few months after the hurricane And Yesterday,, Severe thunderstorms passed through and Come to find out my trailer was still leaking in The exact same location. So after paying over 400 and change, my trailer is still leaking and I wouldn't recommend camper world to anybody for repairs or Purchase bad experience. When I purchase my 2022 Wolf pup, they welcome me with open arms when I took it for repairs and service.Nobody wanted to Greet me the same Is courtesy

I cannot say enough how amazing Katelyn was at Camping World outside of Tampa, FL. My husband and I had 2 previously bad experiences prior with competitors and were semi jaded by the time we made it to Katelyn. She was patient and kind. She really listened and focused on getting us into a travel trailer that not only fit our needs but came with extras that we had given up hope on having. From start to finish Katelyn made the process amazing. We will recommend Katelyn to friends and family. When it's time to upgrade we will be giving Katelyn a call.

My wife, daughter, and I visited camping world in search of a used travel trailer for an upcoming trip. Katelyn worked with us and did a great job showing us inventory within the parameters the we gave her. We eventually bought a new one that fit our needs perfectly and couldn’t be happier with our choice. It was between 3 different units and Katelyn helped us pick the correct one. Purchasing a RV/Camper can be stressful. That being said, Manny and Leo really helped take our experience to the next level. Manny was extremely helpful and was a pleasure to work with during our experience at this location. Leo was outstanding! What a great experience! We spent the day looking at travel trailers at about 5 different dealerships. Camping World in Dover was our last stop of the day. We had the pleasure of working with James Parady, which is a very knowledgeable individual when it comes to campers. He took his time even though we showed up just before closing time and stayed with us through the process well after closing time. We found a travel trailer we both fell in love with, and James was able to make everything happen. I highly recommend checking out Camping World before any other dealerships ?

Bought camper April 2024. It is a 2020 Keystone. I get it. It is used and based on the current experience Camper World did nothing to prep it for sale. Scheduled service because my tank monitoring system keeps showing that the black tank is 3/4 full and one gray is showing 1/4 even though all tanks were emptied before leaving the camp site. Brought the camper in on 29 July.
Several weeks go and by and I don't hear a thing from Camping World.
After several weeks I call to get a status. Was never called back
Call several more times. Was NEVER called back. Finally get called back saying that the camper is ready for pick up. Picked up the camper 20 August. They had it almost a month. Was told that the tanks were flushed and cleaned. Tax, chemical, labor $233.xx.
Pretty sure the tanks weren't cleaned before I bought because they don't do anything to their used campers. Store the camper.
23 August we take the camper to Ocala, FL. The toilet has not been flushed. None of the sinks have been turned on but the tank monitoring system reads black tank 3/4 full and one gray tank 1/4 full. Not to mention there is a foul odor coming from the toilet now that was not there before and no amount of cleaning smell good tablets fix it. Call 26 August stating the tanks are still reading wrong. We are in Ocala for almost a month. Scheduled drop off at Camping World for 25 September. EMPTIED ALL TANKS BEFORE WE LEFT THE SITE. Not one single drop was flowing out of those valve hose when I shut them off. Yet, black tank still says 3/4 full and the one gray is 1/4. I drop the camper at Camping World on 25 Sept. Get a call later that day and I am told that the black tank is full. I ask how can that be? Again, the black tank is full. They want to flush and clean the tank again. I said you already did that and I still have the same problem. It is stated that is what is going to have to happen. I said I guess let's see what happens. I get a call 28 Sept that the camper is ready. I arrive with another bill for $233.xx. Showed a picture of a monitoring system that all tanks are empty. Because my tank was full. Manager is ZERO help. Livid by now. Hook up the camper in THEIR parking lot and look at the tank monitoring system. Black tank shows 3/4 full and one gray shows 1/4. So riddle me THIS Camping World. YOU HAVE CHARGED ME TWICE FOR A FLUSH AND CLEAN AND IT DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM THAT I ORGINALLY BROUGHT IT THERE FOR. WHY? I again have to leave it because all I get are shoulder shrugs. I live an hour away so I can't just hop down the road. They offer nothing for the inconvenience and are more than happy to keep charging you without fixing the problem. I will update as necessary.
Service department will rip you off.
