My mother owned her house for 48 years, and the house needed upgrades and cleanups to sell. Besides it had a mold issue that needs to be addressed. She moved out to an assisted living facility, and she and I were not available to oversee the sales activity. We had to leave the house under Jason's guidence. He and his team had to work with a limited budget to make the house sellable. Jason and his team planned all the cleanups, inspections, repairs, certifications, and upgrades within the budget, and scheduled them, and executed them. The result was a truly beautifully transformed house which was sold with multiple offers with very short time on the market. We were extremely pleased by the result and were very thankful for Jason and his team's great efforts on planning and execution. After accepting my offer with one condition, which I met within an hour, they continued to show the property, ghosted me entirely, and ultimately accepted a higher offer.

Despite reaching out 15 times—in person, by text, by phone, and through Zillow—over the course of two weeks to finalize my moving plans, I received no response. They left me in limbo, showing complete disregard for how their actions impacted me and my family during the holidays.

This was more than poor communication; it was blatant dishonesty and corruption. I strongly caution anyone against trusting them in any capacity.

Our relationship with Jason goes back many years. He actually helped us to purchase our Bernal Heights home back in 2010 when we were young, first time home buyers, expecting the birth of our first child, and pretty much clueless!
