Very happy with car bought, had a couple of minor repairs to door locks, Kenny could not help enough. Even collected the car from my house as my work commitments prevented me taking it in for the repairs. All done under warrantee.

I purchased a car from here in March 2021, it came with 12 months MOT and all seemed okay until we took it for a pre-MOT check.

In the pre-MOT it was shown to us that the car had rust and literal holes all over the rear sub frame, this was going to cost us £1000's to put right (which we couldn't afford and wasn't expected).

The reason we didn't expect this as the previous MOT was clean with no advisories at all. I had two different mechanics (different garages) take a look and both said there is no chance it wasn't going to be an advisory in the last MOT and maybe the one before!

So they sold me an UNSAFE car with a dodgy MOT.

Drove 80 miles to K&M Car sales to buy a Fiat Doblo, car looked ok and after a short drive around the industrial estate all seemed fine, paid £2500 for it and set of home via a visit to the fuel station where I put £52 of fuel in, 4.8 miles later the car broke down on the M6 slip road, after a 45 min wait the breakdown truck arrived with only one seat between my better half and myself, back to K&M where I was met by the owner, no apologies about this, he took the car out and returned stating there was nothing wrong, so I went out with him where the car engine management light came on, no apologies, back to garage where I was told he would try and sort it out the next day, no apologies, got my money back, when a I mentioned I had put £52 of diesel in it I was told it is supermarket fuel so he would be draining it and throwing it away, once again no apologies, so talking my old man to taking me to Morecambe, wasting the bank holiday, £52 of fuel and not one word of an apology. Bloody joke.

Advertised the car with 3 months warranty but wrote "without warranty" on the papers after paying £200 deposit. Unfair practice. The car had leaked gear box and I was not told about.

Just bought another car from Kenny and Mark, and once again exceeded expectations. Good value car and good aftercare. As a single woman looking for a car, I know I will be looked after by K & M
