I’ve been shopping at Sportsman’s many years. From Arizona to now Nevada. All the employees art great! However one outstanding employee stands out. Her name April. She cares for her customers. If I owned a businesses I would like all my employees like her. She works in Henderson Nevada off of Marks st. If you ever have the privilege of April helping you with anything! You are in good hands.

Hello, good afternoon. I went to the store, specifically to the weapons section to evaluate making a purchase. I went to the clerk, a gentleman with a mustache so that they would recognize him and I told him that I speak very little English and that if he could help me teach me something that I was looking for, all of this with the translator. The clerk practically ignored me until he told me to look for someone who spoke English to help me. I felt discriminated against by the clerk since that should not happen in this great country and I think that they as a store should find a mechanism to communicate with me since I was going to make a big purchase and above all they should be professional and not denigrate the people who have emigrated to this great country. I hope that the administration improves its attention and is more professional when it comes to providing a service to many of us who are going to buy something there and that we are not discriminated against. I hope that you value before going to buy at this store if you do not speak English, it is very sad. Thank you. I hope this helps you. may be of use to someone

I waited for the Black Friday deals on 10mm blazer(19$ box)but when I go to the isle there was no 10mm even tho the site says “in stock” you think they would since it was Black Friday deals and I entered at 6:03 am right when they opened. Then I buy 5.56 green tip for 11 dollars and some change on sale but ROCHELLE charged me 13$(a box) and told me”these aren’t on sale”(false advertising) I went back took a picture and the girl with eyebrow piercings helped me out and apologized(she’s always amazing) all my firearms are from here and I been comming for years. The online “in store” items needs to be fixed unless there was 10mm blazer and wasn’t stocked. Woke up early and waited in line for Black Friday just for it to be a real bad experience.

Came in on Saturday morning to look at a firearm. Worked with Corey at the gun counter. My wife and I had an excellent experience working with him--friendly, extremely patient, professional. When we came in expecting only to look, we made a purchase that we feel great about. Thanks, Corey!!!

Firearms department was worse than the DMV I understand there was only 3 staff members but you see a sizable line and decide to move as if you're on a Sunday stroll. Stood in line for an hour before being helped.

People behind the firearm counter do not acknowledge you if you are younger looking. They will look at you until you ask them something. Waited 10 mins just to pick up some ammo and never got it. This could've been a 5 minute transaction at best.

Just came here to get ammo and leave, instead I walked out with nothing and went to another shop.

Best Sportsman's that I've been to. It's not usually busy unless you are shopping for firearms. It's always a line, and they took away the number system, so don't leave the area if you're shopping for firearms

I love this place. Although there are some expensive items up front, I can find cheap camo, fishing supplies or whatever else I need. Their selection is huge and I find myself distracted and looking at cool things I probably don't need.
