Was literally around the corner to pick up my order and they cancelled it. When I called their justification was they only hold it for 3 days. I ordered it Friday, the 2nd, it was ready at 6pm. They close at 7. I got there at 705 and saw they were closed (I thought they closed at 8). So, today, the 4th, I'm on my way there and it gets cancelled. All she could repeat is they only hold it for 3 days and the 2nd magically counts as day 1, even though I had ONE HOUR to pick it up. But okay, still, lets roll with your silly rules. Today would be day 3, as you even said. You close at 6. I was about to be there at 330. Your day is NOT over. You DO NOT cancel orders until the end of the day, if you're smart anyway and know how to run a business. Which it doesn't seem like anyone there knows how to do. Your 3 day timeline is asinine and even then I was still within your 3 day timeline to pick my stuff up. Just order online and have stuff shipped to you and save yourself the hassle.

The Palm Springs store was very helpful. Even though they were out of one item, they called the Cathedral City store to see if they had it in stock without me even needing to ask. When I drove to the Cathedral store, the first sales person said they never carried the item. I mentioned that the Palm Springs store had just called and were told they had several in stock. Another sales person at the Cathedral City store appeared and told me they did have the items. She took me to where they were and asked "How many do you want?" Very helpful. Hopefully the other staff at Cathedral City will become more familiar with the stock.

Nasty nasty employees there! When you go in they don’t even greet you or even look at you in the face… the heavy set one… rolled up her eyes when she had to help me and Actually exercise and walk to the back of the store. Get rid of all of them!!!! Very uneducated women. Don’t go there!

I've been a valued customer for years, and I love Sally’s in particular because they know how to take care of their clients. Was sadly disappointed this time around. Rude Employee, didn’t seem very eager to be there. This was a surprising and uncomfortable experience to say the least. I would recommend to go visit a different location if you feel that you will have any questions.

I went to Sally's this morning knowing I wanted to purchase hair color but clueless as to what I needed. VANESSA WAS FABULOUS!!! Her customer service was over the top! Not only did she help with product selection, she also explained how to do it. Thanks again Vanessa.

Every piece I've gotten from this store I've been very pleased with. Parking is a nightmare, so I suggest you go at an early time during the week. Other than that, everything is great!

Employees would not allow me to exchange items I purchased the same day from the same employee on my Sally account without a receipt, told me it was policy and were extremely rude to me, offered no help. After contacting Sally customer service they told me this is not true and I should have been able to exchange. Now I’ve spent double what I intended to and been scammed out of my money by the rude employees here.
