All the employees were just at the front talking, which Is understandable given the store was seemingly void of any customers except for one other than I. I waited at the ammo counter for a good while with no assistance, and it took a worker from the front telling them I was waiting, this was after I asked where the ammo counter was as well so they knew I was going to be there. Overall this is the second time I've gone to this location and it always seems like a mission just getting a person to assist anywhere that isn't the actual gum counter, and even then it's a struggle getting somebody.

The young staff are friendly and eager to help. Unlike other gun stores, Ammo Bros. is not that busy and a customer can easily be taken care of. It has a good selection of guns too.

I have made a number of purchases here at Ammo Bros. All went on as you would expect from a properly operating place. You either know what you want and they get that exact item, or you ask them and they usually give you options, based on expert knowledge. They DO HAVE expert knowledge. No problems. Until I had an issue from a supplier side (wrong item in a set from a manufacturer). The store manager, Robert, stepped in and took care of biz in short order, very efficiently. Really, nothing else I could ask for. This store is my number one stop if I shop for anything they carry, especially with Robert running things.

Came into sell my guns that they said they would take on the phone, everything was brand new. They flaked on the sell and gave me my guns back scratched. Do not go here !!

Store is well stocked, but prices tend to be slightly higher than what you can find elsewhere. Their "specials" are limited and they will sometimes go into the smallest detail about what qualifies. I bought 1k amount of ammo but because they came in individual boxes rather than loose in a bag, it didn't qualify for some extra bags that was advertised. Not a big deal, still got the "sale" price, but after dropping $1k on the visit, they were stingy enough to hold back something so small doesn't fill me with confidence. Half the guys working there are helpful, the other half have annoying egos. Just depends who you ask for help.

Sloooooow. They don’t seem to care about making money. Their customer service sucks. Guys walking around doing nothing while the lines are 4+ deep of people that have been waiting. They don’t offer anything special here. There’s no reason to pick Ammo Bros over anyone else. If you have a ton of time to waste
then by all means hang out here but if you want to get in, get out with some good customer service then I’d look elsewhere.

Fantastic service, crack knowledgeable staff. Inventory is a bit sparse, especially modern ammo (re Lehigh Defense, Underwood Ammo). FFL transfers are no problem, arms and ammo.
