I entered the store approximately five minutes ago, and an associate informed me that they were closed. I pointed out the Google listing that indicates the store is open until 11:00 PM, to which he acknowledged the discrepancy. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, as I made a special trip to purchase milk for my son in the cold weather. It is essential for your hours to be accurately updated.

Store does not honor store hours written on google, their website, AND on the app. It literally says closes at 11pm on Sunday and yet I go in at 10pm and an associate tells me the store closes at 10pm. Please update your hours online, so people don’t waste their time after scheduling grocery shopping around their work schedule. Very rude. Attached evidence of store hours at 11pm on THREE different sources.

No one avaliable on customer service wait long time to get ticket to buy Poland Springs water and after I paid so the rack was empty asked for help they said been busy "but on the phone " wait a while for help so the manager or whoever is in charge have to take care little thing like this to get the better solution on it thanks

Wow. This is like a flagship store. Huge with everything you can imagine. Even a robot patrolling the store and the biggest Entenmanns collection on earth! Can’t wait to return.

I work down the street so I stop in if I have to grab something on the way home. Store is usually very clean and well maintained. The deli is a good spot to grab sandwiches which are good when they are made fresh for you. There is also a place to sit and eat. The prices on most of the items however are expensive. The stop & shop near my house(also in Westchester county) is cheaper by like dollars. Must be the richie rich area of bedford/mt kisco. The items that are on sale, made in the bakery, and deli are about the same though. the goods on the shelves are not. Overall its your basic stop & shop

I love shopping here - during Covid, we discovered that our favorite feature of this store is the bakery! We are not dessert snobs by any means, but do have pretty definite ideas of what we like in pastries and cakes. During our entire year of eating in for every occasion including birthdays and holidays, we were very pleasantly surprised at the variety of desserts, the freshness, and the taste. Since then, just about everyone in our family goes to their bakery for cookies, pastries, cakes and pies. Another feature we love are the grab and go cold cuts - you can't beat the convenience and speed. Huge variety of goods ranging from cereals to yogurts, fresh produce, meats, snacks, etc. Bring your own bags for checking out and you save a little more!

If it wasn't for the deli I'd pass on Stop and Shop. Employees are friendly and helpful, but prices here have skyrocketed in the last year to rival those at fancier grocery stores.
