The unit was no where close to be move in ready. Water leak, exposed wires and electric outlet, black mold in drywall and ceiling insulation, and holes in the metal back walls. Completely blew me off regarding my complaint about it did not do anything to fix the issues and kept my money and refused to refund my deposit. And to top it all off writhing a few days of me discussing the fact I cannot move in due to the issues and requested my money to be refunded they had their lawyer send me a letter stating I am not getting a refund and to basically deal with it. They even asked me to go sit in the unit when it was raining to tell them where the leak was coming from.

Unbelievably terrible service and attitudes. I rented an office from them for 2 years, always paid on time. I left the office on March 31 of this year, and expected to receive my deposit back in about 30 days. Repeated phone calls by me to them resulted in promises that were never kept. I was told that my check was in the mail on 6/24. When I called today to ask where it was they said it was sent yesterday. When I asked why the delay, no answer, just oh well, and that is how it is. Unbelievable.

I leased a space from this company for two years. When I moved my business into the unit I contacted the property management to ask if the carpets had even been cleaned because they looked so bad. I also told them that there were several places where the paint on the walls was chipped or peeling. I wanted them to be aware of these things so that it didn't create a problem in getting my deposit back when I left the space. I took pictures and documented the interactions. During the time I was there the building had two water leaks that damaged my products, I paid for repairs on the air conditioning unit, I replaced a faulty light fixture and removed the damaged window tint film, all at my own cost. Upon vacating the unit in December of 2022, I was notified that I would not be receiving my deposit back because of damage I supposedly caused to the carpet and walls. I have emailed multiple times now asking for an itemized list of supposed damages and offered to send them my photos of the unit from when I first moved in and the day I moved out. As of this time they have completely ignored my requests for an explanation or list of damages. I have had no response from them at all-no return email, phone calls or letters.

Jessica is the new property manager at Town Square properties in Merritt Island. I have been at Town Square properties for 13 years, and this is the first time I feel the property management and owner are of any use. The old management took no responsibility and were extremely unhelpful in any situation. Jessica and CAVS have been great in updating the facade, and maintenance of the property. I have had to repair or replace my AC 2 times since being there, it went out again, the previous owners never helped or did anything. Jessica immediately contacted me after hearing that it was out again and sent a maintenance man to look and he was able to repair it on the spot. It was great.
