Only reason this is not a 1 star review is because Manuel was very kind and apologetic. Apparently they were short staffed. I get it. Still doesn't change the fact I sat here all day, several other trucks came and went before they even started on my trailer.

Had a 530 am drop-off arrived at 5. Shipping/receiving open from 530am to 200 pm. Went to check in at exactly 530 nobody came to the door until around 545 ok cool. There was only 3 trucks here. Daycab man got in and out within 2.5 hours. Went to check on my paperwork around 930 because there was no movement in my trailer and was told they was counting it. It's now 12pm and still no update. This will probably be my last time here. Place is slower than Walmart distribution center. Atleast they have a bathroom

Driver that delivers to 2310 Tamiami Tr Punta gorda, Florida should be fired....enters the parking lot in the wrong direction and drives fast around the corners over the planter beds and hits the one way sign....kept on driving never stopped....I've witnessed this particular driver do this many times...

Whomever that you entrusted driving this truck (White male, beard, glasses and baseball cap) could use friendly reminder about courtesy. He pulled out in front of me on US 301 from 476B while there were no other cars behind me.
