Good customer service for the most part, although sometimes there are employees just standing around and not ringing up customers. There is this one brunette with freckles that just sits behind the register with headphones in and eat without ringing up customers, unless she feels like it. Just needs a better staff.

Three workers did not speak or greet me, one even turned and walked the other way when I was standing in the area he was stalking shelves. No masks worn. I will not visit this store again. I would appreciate a simple ' hello'

I pass this place often but I've only gone there twice for a quick pickup, meaning I needed eggs to finish the cornbread and this was the quickest means to the solution. With that said, the dirty parking lot and entry to the store is a turn off. The clutter filled aisles with merchandise waiting to be stopped is another turn off. What was intended to be a quick trip turned into 6 people in line before me with one cashier on Sunday afternoon. It didn't help that there was this weird guy standing outside looking through the window at folks in line, as if he were plotting how to ask the next person for their change. I wouldn't stop here as a normal shopping trip. This is a last-minute emergency stop only location.

I usually won't give this kind of a review for a dollar store of all places. This review is for this Family Dollar and the young cashier standing up there dealing with hundreds of people coming in an hour by himself. He had a good attitude even when I spoke with him. He did his job efficiently and it kept going at it, that was a good thing to see. I hope you paying these kind of guys what their worth ? I don't know his name but it is 5:45 p.m. on January 14th 2022 and it's easy to identify who's working at that location at that time. If you're from the in store perspective.

I stop here to grab a few small household items like tissue and paper towels and sort. You get greeted sometimes, depending on who's working at the time. It's a fair place to come and grab some items on the go.

I wish I could give a negative star!! I don’t know who hired these new employees but you need to try again!! Go in at 9:30am on a Wednesday only two employees and both of them on personal calls no greeting no thank you no nothing! Horrible service bring back the old employees!!
