The overall experience was incredible. I worked with Shannon who went above and beyond to earn my business before the sale. I was looking at a 12RK in Michigan and they were able to be very competitive price wise and save me 26 hours driving round trip. Service usually stops or deteriorates after the sale at most places but Shannon continued to go above and beyond after the fact making it very clear why folks travel great distances to do business with Bumgarners.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our intech magnolia at bumgarner. Competitive pricing without having to negotiate and was never pressured into anything. This is a family run business and everyone was so kind and caring. They helped answer all our questions and made sure we drove off with confidence. Cannot recommend them enough! I give this place 100%! They are easy to deal with everyone was awesome to deal with. From buying to paperwork was the best ever. I will always come back to buy from here. Picked up and drove it to the Charlotte Motor Speedway for the first camping trip. Everything worked well!!!!

Purchased a 22' OBI Dweller 15 from Bumgarner after getting burned by RV's of America in Duncan, SC.
Pricing was very competitive and they were willing to negotiate and work to get to our desired number. We worked out a great deal.
We bought a lot model, so it had been sitting in the sun/weather for a while , so the unit had a few things that needed to be taken care of. Bumgarner went above and beyond to get the trailer in tip-top shape. All major systems were functional, all cosmetic issues were addresses. Everything mechanically sound.
Shout out to Shannon, his crew/family and his maintenance techs for staying after hours to address the one issue we had. They said originally it would take them an hour to fix. It took them 3, but they never complained once and moved heaven and earth to get us on the road as promised.

One of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. The sales staff gave zero slick or high pressure vibes and played ZERO games during negotiation.
